"Ms. Rohilla, as I tried to explain over the phone, through email, and through text, going from a 2016 vehicle to a 2026 vehicle, adding coverage, and removing discounts is going to raise your premiums. Most of our customers understand that if they buy a new vehicle, their insurance premium will likely increase. We offered several solutions, but you hung up the phone when we called and did not respond to any messages we sent. Your solution was to not pay your bill and leave a negative review. We pride ourselves on our communication, transparency, and knowledge. This hurts our business reputation. I hope you reconsider the statement above and edit it to reflect factual information. "
